- Good quality tin-plated copper wires, flexible and thick silicone insulation : real copper conductor (tin-plated). 16AWG 1.3 mm² 6 colours (8 metres of colour) tinned copper wire consists of 252 strands with 0.08 mm thin wires that are twisted together, making it very flexible. The silicone insulation is large (temperature range from -60°C to 200°C), has an extremely high toughness and effectively prevents short circuits or interruptions
