Heng Shun Editorial Review
Heng Shun - Set Of 2 Bottles Of Black Chinkiang Vinegar In 550 Ml Glass Bottle is a traditional Chinese vinegar that enhances sauces and seasonings. This vinegar, with its deep, rich flavor, is not only excellent for sushi and stir-fries but also serves as a fantastic dipping sauce. Customers have noted its balance of sweetness and saltiness, making it a delightful alternative to balsamic vinegar, especially for vegan recipes needing an umami kick. Many appreciate its gluten-free nature, making it a healthy choice for those restricting gluten in their diets, and it reportedly lasts for a long time due to its liquid form.
