StewMac Tools Editorial Review
StewMac 2-Part Epoxy, Slow-Setting, Black is a versatile epoxy that can be used in various applications, including joining black granite countertops, filling gaps in hardwood tables, and bonding USB connectors. The slow-setting feature of the epoxy provides enough time to make adjustments, making it easy to work with. However, some users reported that the epoxy left holes after it was filled, and it did not bond well in some instances. The epoxy is also not suitable for pouring into voids or cracks as it is thick and putty-like when mixed. Additionally, the strong odor of the epoxy may be a turn-off to some users. Overall, the StewMac 2-Part Epoxy, Slow-Setting, Black is a good product to have on hand for small projects and repairs that require a durable finish.
