Enmane Wiring & Connecting 411cat6 Editorial Review
The Enmane 12-port keystone patch panel has garnered a largely positive reception among users looking for an efficient and compact networking solution. Designed specifically for mini 10-inch network racks, it is praised for its sturdy metal Construction and thoughtful features such as a cable support bar on the back and an enclosed cover plate. This solid build quality reassures users that it will hold up well in various settings, including home labs and smaller networking setups. Users appreciate the patch panel's easy configuration and reconfiguration, allowing for a straightforward assembly process. However, some customers have encountered challenges related to the spacing of the keystone ports, which may not accommodate certain types of keystone inserts. Specifically, wider termination keystones could struggle to fit alongside one another in the panel, leading to recommendations for opting for slimmer keystones or configuring them in an alternating fashion for proper installation. Another area highlighted by reviewers is the difficulty in changing keystone inserts without first loosening the panel. While this is not a major deal for most, it may be an inconvenience for those looking to frequently switch out keystone inserts. Additionally, minor quality control issues regarding bent mounting ears were noted, suggesting a need for better manufacturing oversight. Overall, despite its few drawbacks, the Enmane keystone patch panel is viewed positively by users seeking a compact, well-made network solution suitable for smaller applications. **
