AED Engine Mounts A4523 Editorial Review
The AED A4523 Rear Engine Mount has elicited a mixed reception among customers, primarily highlighting issues with durability and installation. Users appreciated the initial fit and functionality, particularly noting that the mount worked well for Honda Ridgeline models, making it a convenient replacement option. Many found the Construction to be solid upon installation, which adds to the positive sentiment. However, concerns were raised regarding the long-term effectiveness of the mount. A significant number of reviewers reported failures within a few months of use or after just 1,000 miles, suggesting that the product may not withstand heavy usage as well as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) alternatives. Furthermore, some customers noted that installation could require extra effort due to leftover rubber from the manufacturing process that interfered with the installation of dust covers. Ultimately, while the AED A4523 Rear Engine Mount is positioned as a cost-effective substitute, its durability issues, particularly in comparison to more expensive OEM parts, have led several customers to recommend investing in a pricier but more reliable option. **
