heller Tools 448915 Editorial Review
The Heller Black Master RASP is highly recommended for working with wood. It is sharp, fast, and perfect for working down axe handles. It is also great for filing PVC pipes. The quality of the metal is better than what you can find in other stores. The rasp takes off a lot of material and holds up well after several uses. It fits well in your hand and makes the job easier. Customers have found it to be a great tool for horse grooming, especially for horses with hard hooves. It is durable, sharp, and doesn't rust easily. Overall, the Heller Black Master RASP is a high-quality product that is worth the price.
