Respuesta: Unfortunately no. PS2 consoles are region locked. You would need a 'NTSC-J' model to play Japanese games. This console is PAL (Europe and Oceania), meaning you can only play PAL games on it. -

Respuesta: Our version 'SwallowGames' is a PS2 PAL version with 3 pin plug, we cannot say that other sellers are selling the same as there are some international sellers often selling this product, so I would say it would depend on the seller. -
