Nutritionist's Take
Superior Source Children’s B Complex with Vitamin C offers a blend of essential B vitamins and vitamin C, which are crucial for supporting children's energy metabolism and immune function. The use of instant dissolve tablets can enhance absorption, making it suitable for kids who may have difficulty swallowing pills. The inclusion of folic acid supports heart health and neurological development. However, potential drawbacks include the necessity for parental supervision in dosage and the risk of overconsumption if combined with other supplements. Furthermore, while it claims to support immune function, a well-rounded diet should ideally provide most of these nutrients. This product is generally a good option for picky eaters or those with dietary restrictions, but it's essential for consumers to consult healthcare providers to ensure it fits their specific nutritional needs.
Superior Source B-Complex '076635900800 Editorial Review
The Superior Source Child B-Complex Vitamins are disliked by many children due to their bad taste. They are not chewable and have a strong sour flavor. Some parents have reported that their children struggled to take them and even gagged on them. The vitamins dissolve quickly but the taste is difficult to tolerate. While some parents found them helpful as a supplement for their children's nutrition, others did not see any improvements in focus or irritability. The product is not USP verified. Overall, these vitamins may be beneficial for children who cannot swallow pills, but may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to taste.
