Blu-ray Editorial Review

The Criterion Collection has released a superb HD upgrade of the 1971 romantic thriller 'Klute' directed by Alan J. Pakula. The movie, starring Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland, is about a missing person case that turns into murder and how two mismatched people become involved with each other and deeper into the mystery. While the mystery itself may be a letdown, the fine acting and engaging characters make up for it. The Criterion edition includes special features and a remastered picture and sound.
