School Editorial Review
**Editorial Review** The "Itsy Bitsy Schoolbus" is a delightful addition to the beloved Itsy Bitsy series, designed to captivate toddlers and young children as they embark on the adventures of school life. With its catchy, sing-along text mirroring the familiar rhythm of "The Itsy Bitsy Spider," this book invites little ones to engage actively in either reading or singing along, making for an interactive experience that delights both kids and parents alike. The narrative positively portrays the first-day-of-school experience, steering away from typical anxieties and instead showcasing a joyful journey featuring the school bus, who is well-prepared and excited about its day at school. Accompanied by a charming cast of vehicular friends—like a little police car, a pink coupe, and a cement mixer—children are drawn into a vibrant world filled with learning, arts, crafts, and fun! Illustrator Sanja Rešček lends a colorful, cartoon-style flair to the pages, ensuring that young readers are visually engaged. The artwork is bright and cheerful, enhancing the overall friendliness of the book's theme. Moreover, as a sturdy board book, it stands up to the rigors of enthusiastic young readers, making it a dependable choice for parents seeking durability alongside delightful storytelling. Overall, "The Itsy Bitsy Schoolbus" is praised for being an endearing and quick read that reframes the school experience in a warm light. It is particularly well-suited for children preparing to enter Pre-K or kindergarten, and it promises to be a favorite in any young child’s library. **
