B&P Lamp Dimmer Switches 48224 Editorial Review
**** The dimmer switch has garnered positive feedback from users who have tested it with various LED bulbs, noting a Consistent and smooth response across most brands. Users particularly appreciate its capacity to dim lamps effectively, offering a full range of dimming that transitions smoothly to very low levels. However, there's a caveat with certain bulbs like EcoSmart, which tend to flicker at higher dimming levels, slightly diminishing their compatibility. General sentiment indicates that the dimmer switch is especially effective for bedside lamps, earning praise for its distinct "click" feature that confirms it’s turned completely off. Still, some users have expressed a desire for a removable dimmer knob, citing that its fixed nature can limit positioning options on lamps. The switch’s design has drawn attention, as it is noticeably taller than standard socket modules, prompting users to adapt their lamps accordingly, sometimes requiring longer outer shells. While a minor design issue with screw-terminal angles was noted, this didn't appear to deter general user satisfaction or willingness to repurchase. Many customers appreciate that the dimmer performs reliably with LED bulbs and enhances their lighting experience, making it a solid investment for creating adjustable ambiance in various settings. Overall, this dimmer switch is highly regarded for its performance, with only a few minor drawbacks that do not overshadow its functional benefits. **
