refresh Editorial Review
**** The Refresh Celluvisc Lubricant Eye Gel has garnered a varied reception among users struggling with dry eyes. There is a notable Consensus regarding the effectiveness of the eye gel in providing relief for dry eye symptoms, particularly for those suffering from conditions such as Sjögren’s syndrome. Users praise its preservative-free formula, which avoids the irritation often associated with preservatives in other eye drops. Many customers report that the gel significantly extends the time between applications, underscoring its potential as a reliable solution for chronic dry eye issues. Despite its benefits, the single-use packaging has become a focal point of contention. Several users feel that the applicators are not only wasteful, but they also pose a risk of irritation due to their design. The sharp edges of the applicator can lead to discomfort when they accidentally touch the eye. Additionally, some customers note that they experienced issues with empty vials upon opening, leading to frustration and inefficiency in usage. This aspect has led at least one user to suggest the introduction of a multi-use option akin to other products in the Refresh lineup. Moreover, while the thick gel provides immediate relief, users should be aware that it may cause temporary blurriness after application, which could hinder usability during the day. For users seeking an effective long-term solution for their dry eyes, the Refresh Celluvisc Lubricant Eye Gel stands out, even with the noted flaws in packaging and usability. **
