Always lay the corners flat by hand to maintain its texture. Although the coat will fade after washing multiple times, it will soften greatly with each wash. The sizing on this coat is accurate to the size chart, which adheres to the DoD standards for uniform sizes. It runs a bit larger than expected, so it’s suggested to order one size down if you prefer a snug fit. However, if you prefer a roomy coat, order your true size.
