The ARS LA-160ZF203 Telescoping Pruner with Cut & Hold Head is an excellent tool made in Japan. It is lightweight and easy to use for both pruning and picking fruit from trees. The cutting head is slim like a pair of scissors and can cut twigs up to 1/4 inch in diameter. However, it may not work well for cutting larger branches or invasive vines invading yards from neighboring trees. The blade rotates to make cuts on either side of a branch and the stem holder is towards the fruit. The quality of Construction is very good, making it worth the investment.
