Notably, this album sees Morrison delving into the global financial and economic crisis, expressing his outrage towards the materialism and greed that have poisoned society. Van Morrison Format: Audio CD Rock Editorial Review
Born to Sing: No Plan B, the thirty-fifth studio album by Van Morrison, showcases his saxophone playing skills with a range of jazzy tracks that appeal to both older and younger audiences. While the opening track "Open the Door" is a catchy pop tune, the album soon falls into pro-forma territory. However, Morrison's unique voice and talent make the album worth purchasing, especially for longtime fans of his work.
