Hammerhead Spearguns Ice Spearing Equipment Editorial Review
Hammerhead Spearguns Proteus offers an impressive entry-level speargun experience, equipped with a full-length rail, lightweight design, and pre-rigged features that enhance usability right out of the box. Users have noted how easy it is to reload and handle, especially for smaller fish species, which is perfect for reef diving. However, there have been some concerns about safety features, particularly regarding the gun’s trigger mechanism potentially malfunctioning. Despite these issues, many find its build quality and rubberized grip appealing, although there are occasional reports of minor damage upon arrival. Overall, it is well-suited for beginners and casual fishers looking for a reliable spearfishing tool.
