The LED dimmer switch receives input from a power source, such as a battery, and then power is outputted to lighting fixtures. While some customers initially had trouble setting up the product, it ultimately worked well for them. It works great for low voltage DC lighting, and it has a maximum rating of 30 amps at 12-24vdc. Customers have used it in a variety of settings, including boats, landscape lighting, and under-counter lighting, although it is not recommended for outdoor use without protection. Some customers did not have success using it as a dimmer for their lighting and felt that it did not work well.
