The Cim-Tek 60002 Locking Pre Vent Cap is a fuel cap with a locking bung adapter. The kit comes with everything included and includes a pressure release valve cap. The pressure release valve cap allows the tank to vent to the atmosphere and also allows air to enter the tank. The padlock hole dimension is 7/16". The cap seems to be of good quality and is easy to operate.
