However, the battery's life is shorter than that of regular-sized phones. There have been reports that the phone does not work on every network carrier, with some customers unable to make calls on the device. Some have suggested that the phone is locked to Verizon, and not unlocked as stated, with a pre-installed SIM card that is not removable.
