DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
TRP HY/RD Hybrid Caliper, Cable-Actuated Hydraulic Road/Cross Bicycle Brake
About This Item
Introducing the TRP HYRD Flat Mount Disc Brake Caliper - the ultimate upgrade for your current cable brake system. Gone are the days where you needed to buy a whole new bike just to experience the latest cycling technology. With the TRP HYRD, you can bring hydraulic disc functionality to your existing cable brake levers. Designed to be compatible with most current generations of cable-actuated Shimano and SRAM shift/brake levers, this caliper seamlessly integrates with your current drivetrain.
Say goodbye to cluttered cockpit spaces, as the HYRD moves the hydraulic reservoir from the levers to the brake itself, keeping your handlebars clean and sleek. With automatic pad wear adjustment, you can count on consistent braking performance every time you hit the road or trail. Plus, finding replacements for the pads is a breeze - they are compatible with Shimano M525/M515 brakes, making maintenance and upkeep hassle-free. The HYRD comes with semi-metallic pads that work exceptionally well in dry conditions. However, if you're planning on taking your bike off-road or tackling muddy terrains, we recommend upgrading to full metallic pads for increased durability and stopping power.
Note that full metallic pads may produce a slightly louder sound during braking. Customize your setup with your choice of 160mm or 140mm rotors. TRP recommends running a 160mm rotor up front for optimal performance. Experience unmatched braking power and control with the TRP HYRD and take your cycling adventures to new heights. Upgrade to the TRP HYRD Flat Mount Disc Brake Caliper and transform your current setup into a high-performance braking system.
Order yours today and enjoy the ultimate in braking technology.
