It can be used with a Murphy Bed if it fits the allowed mattress thickness of the frame. It also does not require a box spring. The mattress is made in Fogelsville, PA and does not contain fiberglass. Looking at the reviews, the majority of the customers are satisfied with the mattress. They have found it to be comfortable, with the right amount of cushioning and firmness. Many have also reported that they do not feel any motion transfer when their partner moves. However, there have been some complaints about the mattress having an odor that takes a while to air out.
