The Withings Go is an activity tracker that can monitor sleep and activity such as swimming strokes and steps. It uses a replaceable CR2032 battery that has a long lifespan. It requires a smartphone with the Health Mate app to sync and share analyzed data, but it unfortunately does not measure stairs climbed and pulse oximeter values. Additionally, complaints targeted the syncing difficulties, the 'Go' failing to accurately differentiate between different sleep stages, the wristband easily breaking, and the clip being faulty for some customers. The Withings Go was recommended for those looking for a reliable device to track activities comprehensively, except for irregular sleep cycles. The step counting and goal-setting features work well for people who dislike being pestered with alerts from other trackers or dislike wearing trackers on their wrists all day. For people with health issues who require more finely tuned monitoring, this tracker may be below par. Although it deserves credit for being the only wearable that doesn't require charging with frequent battery replacements and providing convenient one-hand bracelet locking, the product has many design flaws in various areas.
