Many customers have found the tool effective for its intended purpose, particularly praising its efficiency in compressing valve springs on popular engine types like the Chevy 350. Its size also posed issues for some applications, particularly in cramped spaces such as those near a vehicle's firewall. Overall, the CTA Tools A195 Valve Spring Compressor is deemed a good value for infrequent use, especially at its low price point. However, those who anticipate regular use might want to Consider investing in a sturdier, more ergonomic option. **
