You have to be careful while opening it, as the items can spill very easily due to a poorly designed top. The container has two separate parts, top and bottom, that need to be found using your fingernail. The pearls are non-drilled cabochons that can be used on glass, ceramic, and fabric. One user has mentioned that they already have a translucent look to them and they can be colored with Copic Markers. These are not hot-fix pearls and are best attached with E600 glue. The color of this product looks similar to burgundy and not hot pink.
