Equipped with dual independent Ethernet communication ports compatible with Modbus TCP/IP and proprietary MC communication protocol, plus integrated RS485 serial port to connect HMIs, photoelectric sensors, barcode readers and other industrial peripheral devices. Adopts standard 35mm DIN rail snap-on installation design, stable operation under standard 24VDC industrial control power supply, supports full expansion with all KV series digital/analog I/O modules. Built-in non-volatile backup memory retains program and production data after power loss, multiple hardware interrupt channels realize rapid real-time signal response. Rugged industrial-grade PCB with anti-interference circuit design, stable performance from -13°F to 140°F harsh workshop ambient temperature. Widely used for automated packaging machinery, robotic assembly cells, CNC machining centers, logistics conveying equipment and food processing production line automatic control systems.
